If you’re looking for someplace that makes you a mochachico with the latest woke symbol in the cream, this ain’t the place. However if you’re looking for somewhere that treats you like a an old friend with a genuine smile then this is the place. These guys are honest with fair prices. I had just left the local dealership that quoted me a price that was double what J&R charged. They wanted me to agree to eight extra repairs that I didn’t ask for and J&R tested and I didn’t need these repairs. So you’re not going to find more honest and knowledgeable mechanics. They will have all my business from here on out.
I took my 2010 Ford Fusion to the dealership in Hudson WI. The battery was draining within days. The dealership had my car for one week, couldn’t find the problem, but charged me $350 anyway!! After finding J&R on the web, I took my car there. They found the problem in 1 HOUR!!! They also found a few other issues the dealership did not. Hats off to J&R!! A great service center and responsible business!!!
